RETURNS

At Lühmann we want you to love your new items, but if you don’t we are happy to help. Please see our Policy below.

If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions: 

  • Items can be returned for a Refund/Exchange (of equal or higher value) or Online Credit Note within 7 days after receiving order. If 7 days have elapsed since receiving your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. 
  • Item/s must be returned in original condition- unworn, unaltered, unwashed with their tags still attached. Items must be free from stains, and scents e.g. makeup, fake tan, perfume. Please take care when trying on to not damage or stain the item/s as if your return does not meet the above criteria it will be sent back to you.
  • Refunds will be issued if item is faulty within 7 days of receiving your order, please check garments as soon as you receive them.
  • Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event or via discount code are only eligible for an exchange (of equal or higher value) or Credit Note.
  • Orders placed with Afterpay are only eligible for an Exchange of equal or higher value.
  • If item needs alterations depending if eligible we can offer to cover the costs for this. Please email us at info@luhmann.com.au to discuss.

We encourage all items to be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

 

How to Return/Exchange/Receive Credit Note:
To complete your return/exchange please email us with your name, order number, as well as your reason for return/exchange to: info@luhmann.com.au 

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and shipping charges for returned/exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer unless deemed faulty. Lühmann takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Lühmann.

Lühmann is not liable for the loss or damage of garments in return transit. Please use a traceable delivery method and keep record of your tracking number.

 

Refunds for Faulty Items (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We offer Standard delivery with Australia post for a flat rate of $10.  Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery of your parcel. This time is an estimation and we are not liable for any delays. We also offer the option of Express Shipping with Australia post. Your items are estimated to arrive within 1-2 business days. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday-FridayThere is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving Lühmann the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address. 

We offer:

  • Australia Post standard shipping flat rate $10 (3-5 business days depending on whether destination is CBD or rurual areas)
  • We also offer Australia Post Express delivery $18 (1-2 business days) All orders dispatched within 48 hours
  • All Orders over $400 receive FREE express delivery
  • All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched, if an email address has been provided.

Please be aware that all Lühmann prices and payments are made in Australian Dollar currency. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am—5pm, Monday— Friday.

 

We offer:

  • $20 Express shipping flat rate (Around 7 business days depending on your location)
  • All Orders over $400 receive FREE Express delivery
  • All orders are dispatched within 48 business hours and customers will be notified when their order is dispatched if an email address has been provided.

TAXES AND DUTIES
Some international shipments can be subject to customs and import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, Lühmann does not take responsibility for paying any charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to estimate what these changes will be, so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
